Hallmark Building Group, Inc.

“Dan Morehouse is the most professional builder I have worked with at the residential scale. His estimating tools and communication skills far surpass those of any other residential builder I have seen. Both the homeowner and I felt informed from the beginning, and we were updated multiple times each week with photos and descriptions regarding the job's progress. I always felt engaged with the the project so I could weigh in on important issues as they happened. I recommend Dan to anyone looking to build a house or take on a large addition/renovation.”

“The first words that come to mind when describing Michael are honest and compassionate. He really was interested in designing our ‘dream home’. His knowledge and experience as an architect was invaluable. If this review included a scoring system of 1-10, he would easily score a 10. We consider Michael and his sweet wife as our newest ‘life long friends’.”

“I hired CDP Architecture to design and draw plans for an addition and whole house remodel of an older home. Chad worked with me and my contractor to design plans that could be built within budget and would significantly enhance the property value upon sale in a few years. The home was in an area of the city that required all plans to be approved by the historic zoning commission, which Chad also handled as part of the process. I had a great experience working with CDP Architecture.”
