We have now done two projects with Scott and his team and the attention to detail is outstanding. The best part of the process for us was if it is not done exactly right, and I mean exactly, they work tirelessly to get it done and up to a standard that was far above what we expected. No project is perfect in every aspect and you have to expect that, so the drive to get it right is so critically important to us and Scott and his team truly know how important it is to deliver the best customer service. It will keep us coming back for what ever new project we can dream up.

We selected New Urban because of their experience with contemporary design, and we worked with the owner, Scott Branc, for the duration of the project. Scott’s knowledge, creativity, attention to detail and commitment to quality were simply outstanding. His need to “get it exactly right” is so pathologically strong that it borders on something diagnosable—and we were more than happy to be the beneficiaries of his illness! He is a remarkably talented builder. New Urban is not likely to be the most economical choice, but you absolutely 100% get what you pay for. Our house exceeded our expectations. And we expected the moon.
