“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“We bought a house from Spinnaker Development 2 years ago and we couldn't be more pleased. The team over there has been wonderful to work with and they were more than responisive if something popped up when we first moved in. They did a wonderful job remodeling the house and all the work is top of the line. They have great attention to detail and made the house very livable from day one- all we really had to do was move our clothes in along w/ some personal items. This is a top notch team and I would highly recommend them and we would buy from them again.”

“Create Construction helped me to renovate my bathroom in a 70 years old house. I had very short timeframe for them to complete the job before we moved in, and they nailed it. Very professional and experienced team. Yarin is very patient and detailed oriented, he always checked with me on all the details of the design. He has good understanding of how things works, and the whole project went smoothly without any big dramas. They are also always on top of any issues, and try to fix it ASAP. There was one night the team stayed until 11pm to finish the job so I can have the bathroom ready to use. They are the first contractor I have used, and I think I’m very lucky to have such a great experience with them.”

“I have built two homes with Patterson Construction, a duplex in Corona Del Mar and a luxury bay front home on Balboa Island. I chose Patterson Construction after a competitive bid process with many other custom home builders in the area. Both homes were built on time, on budget and to exacting quality standards. I was impressed with the management at Patterson Construction and believe they represent a new generation in custom home building bringing a level of professionalism, flexibility, and ongoing customer support not usually seen in the industry. For example, Patterson Construction's billing and accounting, home specification documentation and warranty binder are comparable to what one would find in a Fortune 500 company, not a local builder.
