We have worked with Nic Abbey Luxury Homes on several projects. Most recently, we were tasked by Ashley Masch to prescribe a shade solution for a beautiful custom home in San Antonio. We worked with Nic Abbey for our custom home and are so incredibly happpy with the final product. From the very start to the very end they have been honest, helpful, realistic with budget and also very prompt at helping us with any concerns and questions. This team is a full-service deal. Lisa works very upclose with you every step if the way. She even went as far as helping with bank advice and contacts. Lisa has two "lead men" we have been working with, Brent and Rick. They are both so good at their jobs and are always in constant contact with me on evry question/conern we had. Lisa sticks to a budget, gets the job done on time and isn't afraid to tell a client the truth when it comes to selections/designers etc. Lisa and her team are very "firm" but this is said in the best respect to the word. By firm I mean that she knows what she is doing and plans on sharing with your her vision so that you can help carry on her near perfect reputation. When you walk into our house, or any of the Nic Abbey homes you can instant "feel" that it is a Lisa Nichols house. If you look at other local builders you can see places they cut corners and things they "skimmped" on but Lisa won't let this happen. Even in the rare occasioan that it has (like a paint job) she fixes the problem and makes sure the client is happy. If we build again in the future, we would 100% percent use Lisa and her team again.
