“We connected with My House at the BC Home and Garden show and were immediately impressed by their extensive gallery of beautiful projects. The initial meetings were extremely informative and they were very transparent about the process from beginning to end. At the beginning stage, the budget management process was clearly outlined. My House ensures that all the financials are completely transparent, clear, easy to follow, and very detailed. They were timely in providing regularly scheduled emails for our perusal. There were no concerns or issues at any time regarding budgeting/billing. We had numerous meetings with Morgan for Interior Design planning. Morgan walked us through every step including attending meetings with us to purchase appliances and plumbing fixtures. She assisted with defining and narrowing our vision for our dream kitchen. Morgan helped us focus and choose between various options so that it was manageable and not so overwhelming. In the building/renovation stage, the numerous trades were extremely professional. When approached with questions (or for a conversation/update), they were patient and kind. They took their work seriously and displayed considerable pride in creating a beautiful space that we can enjoy for many years to come. The trades worked very well together and were courteous throughout. Our finished project is absolutely beautiful. We plan on remaining in this home for many years to come. If we ever did move to downsize in the future, we would absolutely use My House Design again.”
