We would highly recommend Norwood Developments to anyone looking to build or improve their home. The quality of their work was exceptional. They worked really well with us through planning, costing, design and completion of our 2,250 sq. ft. basement development. It was important to them that we were happy with the finished product. Their subtrade work was all high quality and they were all friendly, kept areas clean and safe. Bruce and Svetlana helped us achieve our budget by finding cost savings while enabling us to make investments in design features that we chose to incorporate. Svetlana helped us with design and décor; she has very creative ideas and it was fun to work with her and Bruce. They are an amazing team and the result was beyond our imagination and expectations, plus we are pleased with the value for money we achieved. We are proud of our new living space and enjoy it every day!

We custom built our home with Norwood Developments in 2012. Right from the start we knew we made the right decision! Together, Bruce and Lana took care of us and we were impressed every step of the way from the design to the finishing details! They were very respectful of our budget ensuring corners were not cut, they came in on time and followed through with all commitments which made for a very smooth experience. We were not interested in a ‘cookie cutter’ home and they delivered! After 7 years our home still looks and feels brand new. The pride in their product and their outstanding level of after purchase service truly sets them apart. Recommending them as a home builder to others is a very easy thing to do!

I purchased a home from Norwood Developments and I have nothing but great things to say about the product they build as well as the customer care they provide. I have never had any cracking issues as the house settled and the few little things that needed to be attended to were looked after very quickly. I had been looking at a home by another builder at the time I purchased this home and there was no comparison. Norwood Developments built us our dream home in 2009. It started off with a blended family that needed more room and an extra large garage. Bruce had nice lot on Shepherd Crescent backing onto University land. He worked with us on an open concept custom design to incorporate our wants and needs. The final design was 1945 sq feet with huge kitchen, open to living and dining area. main floor office and laundry with a grand entry. Also a 930 sq foot attached garage. Throughout the building stage Lana guided us with design and finishing ideas. Color and style choices were made easy on plumbing and lighting fixtures, impressive bulkheads and design accents to truly make our dream home something special and unique. A custom designed wall unit for our 65" tv and custom component cabinet with matching fireplace top all complimenting the stunning kitchen to name a few. 10 years later the quality materials and craftsmanship have withstood the test of time. The few minor issues we had were quickly resolved by Bruce. If you are looking to build a home that is truly unique and a cut above the rest, big or smaller we would highly recommend Norwood Developments . Bob and Shawn
