Terry Nosan worked tirelessly with my husband and me from sharing his concept for our new development, to selection of a lot, to designing and building our custom home. Terry and his staff were courteous, patient, pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was open and frequent. They listened to our needs and requests and were always available to answer questions and help us make decisions and selections. The subcontractors and trades were highly skilled and produced a high quality product. I can’t complete a review without mentioning Russ, the project manager. Despite his busy schedule and many demands, he was knowledgeable and always available to address our concerns both during and after the completion of our home. Terry Nosan and his team take great pride in their work and the homes they build. I have and will continue to recommend Nosan Signature Homes for the quality of their homes and professionalism.

Terry Nosan is a superb builder. He is trustworthy and honest with a great reputation among customers and subcontractors. He is able to work with customers who (like me) are detailed and want his input from his experience and imagination as well as with customers who want to have him understand them and do it right. He doesn't abandon customers after they have moved in and he wants everything to work.

We worked with Nosan Signature Homes to do a major renovation and addition to an 1800's historic home. Because of its historic designation, we had to keep the exterior of the home as it was while renovating the interior to meet our needs and adding on a large addition that would look and function seamlessly with the existing house. The challenges of integrating the addition with the historic home presented numerous unique challenges which were always professionally addressed by the Nosan team. The entire team worked tirelessly to make sure our vision came to life and we are so happy with the end result.
