From design through to construction, the entire process was seamless. All of the trades and team members were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in their work. We engaged Joele from Novero soon after we acquired our building lot. Joele guided us from the initial house design stage, material selections, to the final finished look of our house. Building a custom home with a demanding client is always a challenge. Joele and his team are extremely professional; and were able to address our changes and resolved issues quickly. We had regular on-site meetings to ensure that our construction was on track. Joele and his team have a strong desire to deliver what the client wants and that is invaluable. Joele is knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and responsive as he can always be reached. We are incredibly happy with our custom build home and will definitely consider Joele & his team to do our next major project.

We hired Novero Homes for our Hardie Board siding. The crew came in and did a great job worked hard and put in long days all in a heat wave to get this job done quickly for us. We are extremely happy with their work.

We hired Novero Homes to transform our kitchen storage closet into a fully functioning and beautiful pantry. They created a substantially sized pantry without breaking any walls. The pantry includes lots of counter space, beautiful custom blue cabinetry, a bar sink and dishwasher. We are able to host large family dinners with no mess in sight!

They did an amazing job on my renovations to my living room and kitchen. They retiled my Fireplace, added new pot lights, new drywall and smoothed out my ceiling, total paint job including kitchen cabinets and a bunch of other little details that completed the look. The recommendations and guidance they provided through the process was priceless. I recently sold my home and I know I got more money because of the renovation they completed. They also kept the place super clean and tidy each night during the renovation which was extremely impressive. I have some projects I want done on my new home and I'll be reaching out to them again.

As professionals ourselves, we were very reluctant and extremely selective in choosing a company who we could trust our renovation to. From DAY 1 the Novero team lived up to our expectations & more. In fact, on the first day they arrived at our house to start their prep, Chantal had a migraine headache...their entire crew did everything they could to make as little noise as possible. The design team was amazing with suggestion & guidance to help us achieve the look we wanted. The on-site team was professional, kind & clean. They treated our home, including our three pups as they would their own. The team was exceptional and their work didn't finish after they cleaned up and left our home...in fact, Merle, the foreman, offered his help via FaceTime to our son a few months after the project was complete to help him repair a shelf he accidentally broke. Novero is a reliable, efficient, professional & kind organization. They truly love what they do and it shows!

We contracted with Novero to renovate some of our law office space. I was very impressed with both the quality and the timeliness of the work performed. They and their subcontractors showed up when they said they would, corrected the few deficiencies (all of which were minor) promptly and were extremely professional throughout. I have no reservations in recommending this Company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Novero did an outstanding job renovating our master ensuite and bedroom (new fireplace). Based on our positive experience we would highly recommend them. Novero's experienced team worked with us in advance to identify and lockdown a design, features, finishes and costs. Both suppliers and trades were pleasant to work with and delivered quality work. The project team stayed on schedule and budget and we are very pleased with our new spa-like ensuite and revamped fireplace corner. We always received advance notice of trades arriving to the house and appreciated that the work area was kept clean every day.

Novero worked as a general contractor for our kitchen and downstairs renovation. Services included kitchen demolition, working with their sub trades for electrical, painting, tile and then cabinet builder/installer. They also provided assistance with decor/design and fireplace/mantel and lighting. Response time and communication was quick and wonderful. They are open to ideas and changes and tracked all changes via change orders which really helped me know the final project value at any given time. Their staff was courteous, kind and respectful as were all of their sub trades. And most importantly they kept to their projected timeline. Novero is company that I would highly recommended to anyone taking on a a small or large renovation.

We hired Novero to build our dream home and honestly cannot be more grateful and pleased with our decision. Joel, Suzanne and the whole team really go out of there way to provide excellent customer service. The trades they connected with our project were always on time, respectful and cared about there work, while also being fairly priced. They gave us great advice and were always available to provide innovative ideas and creative ways to finish our project. I would highly recommend Novero Homes and Renovations Ltd. for any project. My daughter had a wonderful experience with them last year,and this spring so did I. The owner and whole team were very professional and the communication was absolutely perfect. My project was my ensuite bathroom and it is beautiful and came in on budget and on time.
