NWS Custom Homes and Remodeling

NWS did a great job executing my vision. With any remodel there are hiccups and challenges and NWS (Giovanni and Alejandro) did a great job addressing them. Excellent work quality and frequent communication made me a satisfied customer.

New Custom Home Could NOT would NOT recommend using this company, it was a total nightmare working with this builder, he fought us the entire time. WILL NOT HONOR the Home Warranty, will not respond via emails or phone calls, need more please contact.

NWS was recommended to me by a colleague. I am glad they were recommended to me! They built a 12' x 40' covered patio along with the concrete work and also did a total roof replacement. The patio and new roof look great. This is an easy company to work with. The project came in on budget and they completed the work in a timely manner. I recommend NWS and will use them again.

We came across NWS at a local home and garden show and several months later decided to use them for a couple remodeling projects inside the house. The two projects included expanding a closet under the stairs and opening up a closed off "bell tower" area in the upstairs game room. The two projects took less time than expected and were completed with high quality. Throughout the projects, the crews were courteous and informative, keeping us involved with any additional decisions needed. My only critique would be with communication in scheduling, which was sometimes delayed or miscommunicated. Other than a couple reschedules, the overall process was stress-free and completely worth it. We would definitely use NWS again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you guys!

Great company. Can work without plans. Handles several projects well at once. Timely in completion. Respectful people on job site. I am very pleased with the finished product and the final cost. Highly recommend.
