NZ Builders Ltd. was founded in 2004 and has over 18 years of construction building experience within New Zealand, Australia, California and Canada.
The head office is located in Victoria BC. We continue to work locally, as well as on international projects.
Since our founding, we have worked on a variety of dynamic construction projects including modern and traditional home builds, renovations in commercial and residential.
Our high-performance custom homes provide substantial, ongoing savings on utility bills, with passive home technology resulting in up to 80% less energy consumption and a priceless healthy indoor environment over conventional houses.

I have done several roofing jobs for NZ in the past years including the personal home of Damon the owner.
Damon and his crew are very professional and detail oriented. They research every option to get the best product for the customer. Every job shows new innovations and they always try to make their project better than the last.
In my years in the roofing trade I have never met a crew that was more motivated to work than Damon's guys. He treats his employees very well and all his workers are very well educated in their trades and show an unmatched dedication to their jobs and employer.
Their concrete work is unique and unmatched on the island. Every job I did for them was planned to the last detail and Damon and his crew do everything to satisfy their customers.

I have done plumbing and gas work for NZ builders. Their sites are always very tidy, organized and run in a professional manner. Every aspect of their work is carefully thought out which leads to a beautiful final product. I always enjoy being on site because they care so much about what they do, but also have fun doing it.

My working relationship with Damon and his team started before I was operating my own company. I couldn't be happier that NZ Builders has continued to use our services for their drywall needs as we transitioned into the company that we are today. My Board Installation crew loves starting Damon's projects because they know that the NZ boys take extra care during the framing process to make sure everything is done right. This makes things easier on all subsequent trades people.
A great bunch of guys supplying a stunning finished product EVERYTIME. We're very proud to be a part of this team!

Commented: Tv wallThe is a sound bar mounted on the rear of the TV and speakers in the ceiling as well. The TV has built in Netflix and we don't have the need for Cable TV. Does that help?
