We have worked with Chris and Ogden Custom Homes on many projects over the last 10+ years. Chris has always been easy to work with, and he builds a great house.

Chris built our house in 2012. Finished the house on time and on budget. Chris also participated in the design of our house with the architect we chose prior to deciding to work with him. 5 years later, Chris still checks in with us and continues to stand by his work.

Chris built our Preston Hollow home in 2012. We were incredibly picky and thorough in our research to find a builder that met our extreme expectations. Chris did an outstanding job and we would provide the highest recommendation as the best custom home builder in Dallas. From the planning to the actual build, he was fantastic to work with. Chris is very knowledgeable and has iron clad integrity. His style is to under-promise and over-deliver. He finished our project under budget and we moved in earlier than planned. We will not interview any other builder for our next project....it will be Ogden Custom Homes...period.

High quality work, easy to work with, and they stand behind everything they do. This is the 2nd large project we have done with this builder. We would recommend them to anyone.

I built a home with Chris Ogden in Bluffview in 2013. It was an incredible experience. Chris is meticulous, his work is impeccable. Perfection at every point. Chris also has an great ability to bring sanity to a sometimes stressful process. I sold that home this year and made a fantastic profit. He remodeled the house I purchased, again a perfect product and experience. I plan to purchase another lot and build again, I would use no one but Chris. I have also referred him to a few of my clients, they have had the same experience. Highly recommend!

My husband (Mark) and I met Chris Ogden in 2007 when we noticed a corner lot in the Park Cities that he was building a house on. The house was framed but not completed. We decided to stop one day and walk through. The layout of the house had everything we were looking for - formal dining and living, a study, four bedrooms, a game room, an open kitchen, and a laundry room upstairs. We called the phone number on the sign in the front yard and spoke with Chris about setting up a meeting. We bonded with Chris right away. He was very friendly and professional. He was super easy to work with and walked us through his concept of the house. Mark and I told him we were interested in buying his house, so we were able to pick out some of the finishing touches to the house. Ogden Custom Homes is a family-owned business, so Chris has an excellent team working with him to complete his custom homes. It is now 2016, and we have not had any major problems with our house. Chris Ogden knows how to build a solid foundation that will stand up to Texas' unpredictable weather. Other than minor repairs that comes with home ownership, Mark and I have been very pleased with the quality of the construction of our home. Chris puts the client first when building custom homes. His designs are unique and tailored to fit each client's personal desires. We consider Chris a family friend and would definitely hire him again in the future to build us another home!
