“Shannon performed all architectural design and drawings for our new home. She provided great advice and gave us lots of ideas. Her suggestions were all very useful and we loved the fact that they were very practical but did not compensate on the design in anyway. We (the client) changed our minds on quite a few things over the months of the drawings and Shannon was very patient and met all of our needs. Shannon also provided us with a 3D model which was extremely helpful to see what each room would look like as well as the elevations on the exterior. In summary, Shannon is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and so easy to work with. We are very pleased with our new home and so grateful to have Shannon's expertise.”

“We hired Brad for two projects: a free-standing 2.5 bay garage and to finish our basement of approximately 800 square feet. The garage was built strong and sturdy, and matched the style of the home as requested. We especially like the small dormer built in the front. It gave the garage a little character, and matched the home across the driveway. I appreciate the loft space above the garage doors: perfect for storing patio furniture and the second sets of tires for the cars. No more scraping for us! The finished basement added a ton of living space to our home. Brad's recommendation of a drop panel ceiling was a good one. It's very convenient to have access to the plumbing and wiring above the panels. Plus, they look great! Our guests love the cozy little bedroom in the basement. I love my theatre space, with lots of room for a widescreen TV and sound surround speakers. Between the big windows and quality of finish of the work, this doesn't feel like a basement anymore.
