Mark has worked with many of the great Architects in Fairfield County, CT throughout his 34 year career. Many of Mark s projects are waterfront homes in Greenwich, CT and Westport CT. Mark's company has become very diverse in all Architectural Styles and is especially talented in the extreme, contemporary building elements. Mark loves modern and contemporary elements incorporated into his own designs.

Olson Development did the most fabulous renovation on my home ! They finished my entire lower level, added a wrap around deck, a three season porch, renovated two bathrooms, and designed and installed custom entry stairs. The craftsmanship by Olson Development was extremely high quality. The company workers were respectful, communicative, and honest. The job site was always well managed, neat and safe. It is rare to encounter a company that embodies great integrity, great talent and a business acumen that puts you at ease from start to finish during your construction project. Commented: Wondering if you used the rough side out? ...and what stain was used?@lax6strings Yes, this install is rough side out. We used a clear coat on this wood. The brand name was Sickkens.

Commented: What did you use for siding? How does it hold up for a climate dry/wet@weddI002 This is western, red cedar from British Columbia, Canada. Although it requires maintenance, the natural oils in cedar provide a decay resistant product good for wet environments.
