“We recently contacted Stucco Home Repair regarding some much-needed exterior repairs to our home, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We received an immediate call back, and that same day the owner, Jay, along with the project manager, came out to inspect the property and provide a quote. Two days later, exactly as promised, the crew arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. to begin work. His recommendation was thoughtful, the additional cost was very reasonable, and I agreed it was the right thing to do. The very next morning, right on schedule at 8:00 a.m., the team returned, retaped the area, completed the expanded painting scope, and finished the project. While the additional work extended the project to a fourth day, it was entirely our choice and the final result was well worth it. From the initial phone call through final completion, every interaction was professional and every commitment was honored. It’s refreshing to work with a company that does exactly what they say they will do. Jay, the project management team, and the crew delivered exceptional service and craftsmanship.
