    “Develeko renovated my house top to bottom. We opened up the walls did 4 full gut bathrooms all the closets and a full kitchen and quartz Reno. We changed all the hardwood doors and trim. We built wall units and changed our outdated stairs to new glass railings. We also Updated all the electrical plugs and light fixtures. Their change order system is so transparent and upfront. There no change orders on their end. We wanted some extra things done while they were working. They gave us a quote upfront and moved forward. What was shown to us in the beginning of the project is what we paid not a dollar more. Although they said it would take us about 3-4months. They did it in just a little under 60 days. Unbelievable service. They are now renovating my sister’s house. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality work done fast.”

    “In August 2017, we met with the owner of Dharma Developments. We were extremely stressed out and worried after purchasing a 1950s house. We purchased the house from the original owner and the house needed a full renovation. The best decision we made was hiring Dharma Developments for the entire reno. We had a very tight budget to work with and renovating the house from top to bottom was a must, everything had to go, down to the studs. They took the time to meet with us and right away, they put our minds at ease. They put a plan together, assessed the work, provided estimates and recommended that we hire a designer to draft a plan for the house to help us with all the modifications. We basically knew how much everything was going to cost prior to the start of the project. Dharma made it extremely effortless on us. They brought in Engineers to assess modifications to the house, applied for permits, hired the best trades to do the work, ordered all the materials at the right time. It was so impressive to see how everything came together. The renovations started in September 2017 and we moved in to our newly renovated home in December 2017 before Christmas. Due to the planning and organization that was done by Dharma Developments prior to the start of the renovation, the project was not only completed on time but also within budget. We couldn’t be happier. The quality of their work, their professionalism and the relationship with their clients is what makes this company great to work with. I speak so highly of this company and recommend them to anyone who is planning a big or small renovation, they will not disappoint!”

    “Firstly, I can't recommend Roos Construction highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. We recently used Roos Construction to finish the basement of our bungalow. My wife is expecting shortly and we wanted the house to be fully finished before the little one arrives. Roos construction quickly designed a 3D model of what our basement layout would be based on our requirements and then started immediatly with correctly insulating the basement, correcting some moisture issues left by the builder and framing for an additionnal custom bathroom in the basement. We knew it would be tight with time constraints but Aaron from Roos Construction absolutely pulled through for us. I also really appreciated how hard they all worked towards keeping the remodel on schedule and within our budget. Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, (whether big or small) can be very stressful, but having Roos Construction as our contractor really helped alleviate the majority of our concerns and I will definitely be calling him for any future renovation needs we may have. Thank you Aaron, the end result is better then we could have imagined and we truly love the custom shower and the heated floors. Sincerely, Satisfied customers”
