Overstreet Builders were recommended to us from a close friend when my wife and I decided to build the custom home of our dreams. At our first meeting with Greg, Jessica, and Doug we left feeling that this was the family centered builder that we wanted to take this journey with...we didn’t even consider getting other bids. We hit many road blocks along the way from selling our current home, community architectural review approval, to appraisals where the Overstreet staff demonstrated great flexibility with timelines and support for us through every up and down that occurred during the process. Finally, the house had started being built and Zoey had the opportunity to meet Rob and Drew, the general contractors, and they answered every phone call and worked diligently to make sure the home was exactly right. They have went above and beyond to meet our needs and schedule. I consider the Overstreet staff professional and they strive for perfection, I also consider them family and friends as after spending nearly 2 years with them they have a level of caring that isn’t often seen in this line of work. Their is so much more I could say, but I will close with this, if you are considering building a home, I highly encourage you to meet with Overstreet builders...they are a blessing to us and we are forever grateful to them for working and continuing to work with us. Our home had to be customized in many area to utilize ADA compliant requirements. As this will be our last house, we wanted to prepare for our near future. They were helpful and caring as we designed our requirements into our customized home. This is the best builder, by far, compared to any of the other builders that we worked with in the past. We are very proud to say they are our builder and would highly recommend them to anyone. They not help us build a house, they helped us build our home.

We met Doug in a home show in 1989. He showed us a blueprint of a model then took us to see a client's house. We fell in love with the layout of the house and had Doug built our house in a lot of a new sub-division. We have lived in this house since then. We love the house that has open space with a lot of lights coming from each room. We thought about downsizing recent years but none of the houses we looked at is as lovely as this house. The construction and the details of our house is truly a marvelous craftmanship. Over the year I still have followed the Overstreet Builders because I just love to see their models in the home show.

My wife and I think that Overstreet builders have done a great job in building our new house. From the day we walked into their sales office during our first visit to the day we closed, the entire team had done outstanding work. Jessica and Terry helped us a lot in identifying each and every selection that goes into the house, listened to us patiently, never hesitated to tell us if certain things that may not fit the overall theme of our house.
