Courtney always surprised us with her insights and suggestions that were always better than what we had come up with ourselves. “We are in the process of building a custom home with San Jaun Builders (.com) In Pagosa Springs CO We are on time and I feel ahead of schedule on the build. I want you readers to understand I am a passionate type of person. So bare with me if I seem to be over enthusiastic. First off Cobey and Erik; these two gentlemen have been a joy to work with. • my favorite compliment to them is that they LISTEN, they take notes, not just listening to be polite but so they can catch your vision for the home and property. • I have never heard either one say NO. They have helped coach me in the right direction on a couple of ideas I had that really were not practical. • I have never had to wait long for either one to get back to me on something. • I have been to the build site several times, and have met all the regular crew and several of the subs, I am just as happy about them. • I want to mention the excellent Craftsmanship I have noted; in fact I have pictures on my phone I would share with you but I can’t find the upload button on this site. Overall I could go on and on, so maybe I’ll post again sometime. One last thought is that I am 62 years old, so this is not my first rodeo so I am writing from experience. These guys are the best!!!
