We were fortunate to find Mark Creamer and Palatial Homes Design LLC over 12 years ago. He built us an elegant home in Wexford Plantation. Since we lived out-of-state during construction, we relied on him for everything. He was incredible to work with through the whole project. He delivered on time and according to agreed costs. Mark is the ultimate professional and can get things done on a resort island - not an easy task! But the best part of working with Mark is the enduring partnership and friendship we've had over the years since he built our home. Mark has been there for any small project, renovation or repair that we've called him for. He didn't forget us after the house was done. It is clear that he still takes a great deal of pride in any project that bears his name. And better yet - he and Cindy are neighbors who are active in our community and work hard for its betterment. Mark is a class act and we highly recommend him.

Mark build a beautiful new home for us on Hilton Head. I think the best part of using Mark was the attention to detail and the creative touches and finish work that made the house look "Palatial". Mark always had creative solutions to the inevitable challenges that happen during any project. His company definitely builds the most beautiful projects on the island. I would be sure to interview Mark and listen to his ideas before deciding on a builder.

Mark Creamer of Palatial Homes Design, LLC is fantastic. We found him through our realtor Cindy Creamer (who happens to be his wife and is equally fantastic!). We bought a property in Hilton Head, SC as a vacation home, it needed lots of work however. As out-of-towners, we needed someone to be present for the reno. We could not be luckier to have Mark there for us. He is professional, creative and just an all around "good guy". When working with a tight deadline, he came through like a champ - even rolling up his sleeves to pitch in with last minute details. We had a pretty generous budget to work with, but not unlike other renos, once underway, other things needed fixing. We also added a few things to the plan toward the end. Admittedly, we went over budget, but it was well worth every penny. Mark even threw in a few extras at the end. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing ANY construction service - new projects or fixer-uppers. He gets a 5 out of 5!!

Mark Creamer with Palatial Homes is an exceptional contractor with an incredible eye for architecture and design. I purchased a beautiful home that he custom built for another couple that unfortunately was never able to reside in. Needless to say even though I was not the original homeowner that contracted his services I have still had an unbelievable experience with Mark. Any questions or concerns with the home have always been addressed with complete satisfaction. His attention to design and workmanship is far above all others. I would completely without hesitation recommend he and his firm!

Palatial Homes did a complete remodel of our home and yard and far exceeded our expectations. The quality of work was outstanding as was their professionalism and attention to detail. Mark, the owner, took it to the next level with his ideas to vault the ceiling, redesign the driveway and create a new outdoor living space. Mark Creamer- Palatial Homes- has built the most beautiful homes in Wexford. He and an investor purchased our lot and completed a home using our plans at 3 Oxford Drive. Even though it wasn't his typical style it turned out to be one of the most beautiful and stately homes in Wexford due to his skill in adapting the plans and his selection of finishes. He builds "WOW" houses!

We lost our home to a fire, and after examining the site he immediately saw a new design from the foundation up that would include everything on our wish list at a price that was within our budget. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mark on two separate renovations. Our complete trust and confidence in Mark's ability to bring our ideas to life was key being that we were in a different state during the entire project! Mark has ideas and an eye for detail that can't be matched and with both renovations we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. We are out of state and needed someone to handle the entire project,. We gave Mark Creamer full control to make decisions for us. He is a perfectionist , and on site to make sure the workmanship meets his high standards. We never had a single concern. We were very pleased with the final reveal, and he even suprised us with extras at his cost, because he wanted it perfect. He is ethical, honest, and backs his work.

I hired this company to enlarge/rebuild the deck on our villa in Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island. The owner did what he said he would do and finished on time (accommodating a rental guests check in date) for the quoted price. When, after completion, our homeowner association asked him to repaint the deck railing to conform to the rest of the development he took care of their requests. We are very pleased with our new deck.
