“1 word: AWESOME! We used Decor Builders for building and design services to add a 230 sq ft kitchen and remodel two existing bathrooms in a California all original ranch house built in 1953. Tal and the team (Raana, Anne, Juwon, Patrick , Eddie, Jaime) were fantastic! Our journey began in March 2023, and we submitted the final design plans to the city of SJ in June/July 2023. Final approvals were received in September 2023, and our construction took place from February 2024 to end of September 2024. Decor Builders supported us every step of the way with great suggestions, an easy-to-work-with network of suppliers, and a friendly staff that made the experience as easy as possible. There were some change orders due to the major work taking place, but the team helped us weigh our options in real time, and we are ultimately very satisfied with the outcomes. We will most definitely choose Decor Builders again for our next project and would not hesitate to recommend them, especially to families who have never gone through a remodel or home construction before. “Substantial remodel of a classic Edwardian flat in Pacific Heights. Complete demolition and reconstruction of master bath and built-in closets with highest quality fixtures. Remodel of living room and dining room that involved removing a bearing wall and replacing with substantial foundation reinforcement and structural beam spanning width of building. Constructed island in kitchen. Various work done in other rooms ( laundry, family, powder rooms). Hardwood floors refinished. Painting throughout the structure. JPM was a pleasure to work with. They evidenced significant expertise and conducted themselves in wholly professional way. Deadlines were largely met and delays were always fully explained. JPM held weekly progress meetings. Project was completed on budget. The Mills brothers remained fully involved throughout the project and we're always timely in responding to questions and concerns.”
