Park Bradley Homes is a high-end Home Builder located in the Washington DC metro area and was founded by Alex Markogiannakis and John Stathis in 2014 to create a unique customer experience for clients building their dream home. We design, construct, and redefine elegant and sophisticated, craftsman-style homes nestled in vibrant localities throughout Northern Virginia and Montgomery County, Maryland. Each home has been designed to provide our homeowners with luxurious finishes unique to each space. We work diligently to ensure you have found your forever home. The Park Bradley team was a pleasure to work with and readily available to address all details throughout the building process. The vendors PBH introduced us to during selections were excellent, as well. We highly recommend the PBH team and are so grateful for our new PBH home!

After we came across a lot that would work for a new construction home, we deliberated hard for 10 minutes and then pulled the trigger. We thought we were in over our heads until we hired Park Bradley for the construction. From start to finish, they put us at ease with realistic budget numbers for the plans we had in mind as well as a realistic timeline of how long everything would take. As things came up during construction, PB was fully transparent about everything. It’s hard to find people in their line of work that are trustworthy. We’ve been in our new home now for 6 months and couldn’t be happier.

We were shopping for a new home and saw a beautiful house that wasn't in our ideal location. The realtor mentioned that the builder, Park Bradley Homes was constructing a new home in the neighborhood we were interested in. We made an appointment to view the home which was about 60% complete. We loved the location, design and open floor plans. We cut a deal and worked closely with Park Bradley Homes picking out the lighting, fixtures and making minor modifications. They were great to work with, and I highly recommend them.
