I will never again utilize this company for further home building projects. I am advising any prospective buyers to deeply reconsidering investing their time and money into a company that lacks professionalism and exhibits evasive unaccountable behavior. Since my closing in November 2019 there have been numerous faults found in my newly constructed home. I have made uncountable attempts to reach out to project managers and builders in my subdivision to no avail. I am sick and tired of having people come in to “take a look at what’s wrong” then “promise they will send contractors out to fix things” and NEVER GETTING ANYTHING DONE. I am at the brink of my patience with this company in what should have been a smooth and professional home building experience. The following is a list of items that need to be fixed in my home: 1) following the February 2021 freeze I had several busted water pipes in my outdoor kitchen. After no help from partners in building with whom I have a warranty I had to resort to hiring another outside professional to patch up the damage. HOWEVER, all he could do was patch is up, there is still no finishing on it. I am missing the stonework and stucco and hardy plywood in the ceiling from those areas to completely reseal the area. I spoke to Steve the builder I’m charge of this area who vouched he would send out contractors to complete the area and we are now in October 2021 with no follow ups. Pictures are attached below. 2) Downstairs guest bathroom bowl sink has been leaking and loose since I initially moved in. It has been replaced 3 times and the problem still persists. 3) Main kitchen cabinets have gaps and several “ghost-drawers” which were supplied via Harbinger Cabinet Company. Once again Steve and John who are in charge of this area have looked at this problem several times but never send anyone out to fix the problem. I HAVE TAPE HOLDING THE DRAWERS OF MY 1 million + dollar home together. This is not the quality of finishing I am expecting at this price point. See pictures below. 4) Main home door has gaps and is not sealed properly. Upstairs balcony double door same problem. There were several other problems including an upstairs bathroom that had reoccurring leaks which is still not 100% resolved. I have made warranty requests via the mypibhome.com My point is I am exhausted of having to reach out back and forth over the course of the past 2 years to get work finished around my home. This is completely unprofessional and evasive behavior on behalf of this company and it’s representatives. The things listed above are just the tip of the iceberg. There were many red flags even during the consultation and construction process that should have had us rethinking our commitment. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

We are in process of getting our home build by PIB, The agent that we are dealing with is wasting so much of our time, it's been two months just sketching the floor plans on a blank paper, She is very difficult to work with and makes everything seem so complicated. She wastes a lot of our time and We are so frustrated at this point. We might not even move forward looking at how this company is disorganized and the people who don't really have there ducks in a row. very disappointed.

My house is currently being built by PiB in Bridlecreek subdivision in Cypress, TX. My house isn't finished yet, but so far the journey has been FANTASTIC! Watching the home being built is pretty amazing and exciting. Here are a few things that made me realize hiring PiB to build my dream home was the right move. * We were able to fully custom design our floor plan the way we wanted. Since we plan for a multi-generation home, we built our first floor to be ADA-friendly. These include extra wide doors to restrooms and roll-in shower stalls. * PiB Team makes you feel that you're always included on every step. It doesn't stop after signing contract or design center selection. I appreciate the fact that I have everyone's contact and can email, text, or call if I have any concerns or questions. I also get a prompt response. * PiB allows us to visit Design Center outside our appointments to preview upgrades and make reasonable changes. * PiB windstorm program included for Bridlecreek homes (not required for Bridlecreek subdivision) - It's nice to see those Simpson Strong Tie during the framing process. * All operable windows tilt out for easy cleaning (standard on PiB windows). * Buyers are not nickel and dime for reasonable requests that don't require structural changes (e.g. additional blocking for handicap bars or changing openings in media room to support barn doors). * PiB provides stucco color sample before actual stucco work starts. Additionally, we were still able to make color changes after seeing the sample. * Sub-contractors are very friendly when you visit the home being built. * High quality of work. I've done my own 3rd party inspection at each phase. My inspector says he's impressed with quality of my house.

Partners In Building is a stellar company and I would highly recommend them to build your home. We built a custom home 3 years ago and of course it was not without problems. That is the nature of home building. The good news was that Partners met us at every obstacle with a viable solution and an attitude of wanting us to be a satisfied buyer. We recently experienced a problem which was out of our 2 year warranty timeframe and they generously fixed the issue with nothing but professionalism and great customer service. Would build another PIB home in a minute!

PIB's approach to building a custom home was designed extremely well. The process of taking your ideas from concept to reality was very fluid and well supported by the design team. The design center setup allows you to quickly complete your selections without having to drive all over town to separate vendors and worry about allocated allowances.
