Building a home during a pandemic from 4260 kilometres away, unthinkable. From the first online meeting with Les we knew that we had found the builder we wanted to build our home. Les understood exactly what we wanted. To the point that once the plans for the house were agreed upon Les presented us with a video of what the exterior of the house would look like and we did not change one single thing!!! Throughout the process of the build, we had complete online access to all documents as well as photos of the progress of the build. (photos updated approximately every two weeks) 3rd party inspections done for financing purposes always came back with the indication of a superior quality build. Not only was our build not stressful, it was exciting and fun. We were able to undertake the entire process from purchasing the lot to completing the build without stepping foot in Kelowna once during the entire process.
