This was our first home building experience and we could not be more pleased! From the very beginning of the process all the way to the end, Steve was there to meet with us and offer advice on our lot and house plans. He was always very responsive and helpful, and would often personally follow up with us. We were also very impressed with Steve's team. Every time we stopped by the house during the build someone was there working. High level of quality, customer service, and workmanship all the way around!

One of the things that we appreciated about Steve was that he was on the job site everyday and we would run into him while we were out checking on our house. He was always friendly and knew what was going on at our home. Steve was always willing to fix anything. Our home was completed on time and the cost was exactly what we expected from the beginning.
