“MAY 2025 Working with Maria-Ximena Coriat, our interior designer, and her team at MXC Intl over the years has been an exceptional experience. We have completed multiple projects together, including the renovation of our principal bedroom and principal bathroom, both of which were transformed into spaces that are as beautiful as they are functional. Her use of materials and space is highly creative and thoughtfully executed. She incorporated colors and design themes that reflect our personal taste, resulting in a tranquil, restful bedroom and a modern, elegant bathroom. In addition to these spaces, she also redesigned our family room and living room. I greatly appreciate her ability to work with existing furnishings and reimagine their placement to maximize both flow and functionality, making our home more comfortable and enjoyable for our large family. C. Piasecki June 2026: The last year my husband and I have been planning a renovation to our home. Having previously collaborated with her on our home, when it came time to reimagine the space and an addition, there was no question who we wanted Maria-Ximena Coriat- MXC Intl and her team by our side. This project has been a major undertaking for my husband and me — including a kitchen expansion, a new side entrance with a mudroom, and a brand-new garage with a guest apartment above it. From the very beginning, she understood our vision and helped bring our dream addition to life with creativity, organization, and attention to detail. What could have easily felt overwhelming became much more manageable thanks to the weekly meetings with her and her team. Their communication, guidance, and thoughtful planning kept the project moving smoothly and made us feel supported every step of the way. She has an incredible ability to balance functionality and beauty while truly listening to how we live as a family. We are so grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and talent, and we cannot wait to enjoy these beautiful new spaces for years to come. C. Piasecki Haverford, PA”

“Ed and company recently built our house. They did an amazing job building the house and used great materials and best contractors. But more than anything else, I’m extremely happy with their service and responsiveness. Ed will take care of any issues any time of the day. He even responds immediately on weekends. He and his employees are all great people to deal with. He will not abandon you as soon as he is paid like many other contractors.”

“We choose LBK from a recommendation. Being both design and contractor, yo need to realize that things may run a little higher than just a straight contractor, but the choices their design team offered, as well as tailoring the products to what we thought, as well as getting us to think beyond the general everyday box, led to a really satisfying experience. From the start they were really something to watch as our second floor was totally renovated and updated. Like any large project there were the unexpected hiccups but LBK helped us through it all and did a terrific job. We are thrilled with the final product and our kids, and their families, really enjoy what has become of their old rooms and love staying over!”
