“Steve and his team built a sunroom addition that immediately became part of our home. The time and effort Steve took to discuss requirements and work with our design inputs was really appreciated. He worked with us through change requirements to ensure our expectations were met. The quality and care demonstrated in the planning and design was delivered in the complete addition. Steve added details to the sunroom interior and exterior to make it part of our old home. We enjoy the sunroom inside and out three seasons of the year. The quality work done by Tatios Corporation is evidenced by the compliments we received from neighbors that the addition looks like part of the original home.”

“We hired West Chester Design and Build to do an extensive kitchen remodel. They designed a completely new kitchen layout with a new island, window, and arched entryway. Their workmanship was topnotch and throughout the project they asked for our input to ensure that the kitchen was exactly what we wanted. Honestly, I can’t say enough about how great the guys were and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire any one of them again for a future project. In addition to being incredibly talented at what they do, they were courteous and very respectful of our privacy and of our home. In addition to the amazing team that built the kitchen, they also have an interior designer on staff that can help with everything from selecting paint color and tiles to designing a decorative backsplash. She has an amazing eye and really helped make some of the tougher design decisions a breeze. I doubt any kitchen remodel goes without incident. During the project, we hired another company to replace the kitchen flooring and they burst a pipe flooding our garage. Even though it had nothing to do with West Chester, one of the guys came over at 5:30 straight from another job site and he worked until 8 to fix the pipe so that we would have running water again. This was all organized by Chris Payson, the owner, while he was on vacation. I think that kind of responsiveness really sets West Chester Design and Build apart. When things go badly, you want to know that the team will go the extra mile to make it right. The fact that they fixed this when it wasn’t even their mistake says a lot about their commitment to making the project a success. The team created an amazing kitchen that has all of our friends in awe and that we will love for years to come.”
