    “GBC Homes was great to work with for the patio project at our home. We wanted to raise our patio cover, and add lighting, fans, and an electrical outlet for a TV. They went above and beyond what we had pictured in our minds. The materials used for the finished product helped turn our back yard into a more beautiful and functional place to relax. The electricians, framers, and roofers were polite and professional. The cost was very fair for the work and materials to make a solid, long lasting, patio cover. Everyone at GBC Homes were professional, listened to our wish list, and clearly explained what they could do (and explained why some items they would not do as they would not make sense to do for structural or budget purposes), worked within our budget, and we are really pleased!”

    “Ken Nicholson and his team did a phenomenal job on my major house remodel. They threw in many extras and went above and beyond. Ken and all the members of his team are excellent listeners and remember everything I asked for. The crew, including Morgan and Carlos, became like family as they worked in our home everyday. Ken stuck to my budget 100%. There was careful attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship. Ken always made sure to double-check with me before making any permanent changes. The entire team was very easy to communicate with, using email and text messages, and often sending me pictures of the progress while I was at work each day. The team arrived on time, every weekday, with no disruption in progress. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with my new remodel from Ruiz & Nicholson. I highly recommend this company. From the first time Steve came to visit us and later when he provided a thoroughly detailed estimate for our project we knew this was a professional and efficiently run business. His team demonstrated the same every day they were here working on our house. They regularly updated us on progress, next steps and left the work space clean and tidy at the end of each day. The quality of their work was apparent to us from the day they started renovating to the day they finished…everything was done to exacting standards. It’s clear they care about the work they do, and they ensure any subs (plumbers, electricians, etc.) that come in share the same commitment to quality. The project was completed on time and on budget. There were no delays or surprises at any point in the project. At the end of the day we know that we received incredible value for our investment. We won’t hesitate to call Steve again the next time we embark on a home improvement project. Several years ago, when interviewing 3 or 4 top regarded and rated builders, we chose Ted Reisdorf (owner and president) of Paragon because we wanted someone who was as passionate about our project as we were. From the beginning, our house was as much his passion as ours and it was reflected in every major and minor detail in the home. The house not only looked and felt like a quality home, it was that behind the walls, in the foundation, and under the roof. Paragon utilizes excellent subcontractors as well. When needed, we will utilize Paragon for any remodels knowing that the same quality will be given to a small project as to a full custom home.”
