Pinnacle Home is a local, custom home builder that has been constructing new homes in Northeast Florida since 2013. Owner/builder Tim Quinn has over 25 years of experience in the industry and personally oversees the construction of each of the homes, while working directly with the families we build for. From the initial consultation of establishing what type of home and budget a family is targeting, to evaluating the home site to build on, through designing and customizing the details & finishes involved in the floor plan, we are there every step of the way to help families achieve the envision they have dreamed of.
