Thank you to Vince and team for a job well done. Our project seemed fairly well defined in scope, but then when we got on the job there were some unanticipated problems with the design. Vince worked tirelessly to propose a solution for us, and make sure we were happy at every step of the way. He took phone calls, walked us through options, and ensured that we were well informed before making any scope changes. Vince also has great design and construction experience to draw from, so his informed opinion was a trusted resource for us. We're so glad we agreed to the scope change and the final product is even better than Vince promised us. We also owe a huge gratitude to Pete and Adam, who executed the vision and project with careful attention to detail. They treated our home as if it was theirs, and were thorough with cleaning and accommodations. We will definitely rely on Vince and team for future projects. Very happy with the outcome and the relationship we have built.

BEST renovation experience EVER!!! I would like to give a 10/5 stars review for this Company. Our family has had renovation work done in the other past houses. NOTHING COMPARES to the professionalism, respect and care given by Vince and his team. From Pete's timely communication to Adam and Jose's incredible craftsmanship, our house is a completely different space to live and work in. Never have I had a team CLEAN UP DAILY, WEEKLY or AT PROJECT COMPLETION as THOROUGHLY as this group. Plus the QUALITY of the work completed still brings a SMILE to my face EVERY TIME I walk into my kitchen and basement/office areas. I couldn't be happier with the results of our completely gutted and remodeled bathroom! The communication Vince and his entire team has with the client was more than I could ever ask for. The cleanliness and professionalism is outstanding! Vince went above and beyond from the very start to the very end of the project as well as each of his crew members that were involved, and boy there were a lot in this situation. Platinum Touch recently completed a full first floor remodel for us. This includes removing a wall to increase the footprint of our kitchen, a full bathroom remodel, and replacement of all trim and doors. I had my own ideas about design, but Platinum helped when I needed ideas. I could not be happier with the finished product. It is everything I wanted and more.
