I couldn't be happier with the results of our completely gutted and remodeled bathroom! The communication Vince and his entire team has with the client was more than I could ever ask for. The cleanliness and professionalism is outstanding! Vince went above and beyond from the very start to the very end of the project as well as each of his crew members that were involved, and boy there were a lot in this situation. Our bathroom was in very bad shape and they transformed it into this elegant and stunning room that exceeded my expectations! I will most definitely be calling Vince for all future projects and very highly recommend this company for any job big or small! The end result will take your breath away : )

Platinum Touch recently completed a full first floor remodel for us. This includes removing a wall to increase the footprint of our kitchen, a full bathroom remodel, and replacement of all trim and doors. I had my own ideas about design, but Platinum helped when I needed ideas. I could not be happier with the finished product. It is everything I wanted and more. There was regular communication on the progress, and the project was finished on time and within budget. Vince's attention to detail is phenomenal, and I highly recommend Platinum Touch!

Vince and his team were excellent. I have an old building and knew things would come up in redoing the enclosed back porch. They were great at pointing everything out and walking me through options and repairs. A rare and appreciated part of customer service. I would definitely trust them with ANY job at my house.

Platinum Touch did an incredible job on our Home Refresh. We built a pantry, installed new cabinets, a new fireplace surround, 2nd master closet, refinished all the hardwood floors, a whole home interior painting and lots more. They did the job in stages to accommodate us having to be home because of the kid's school and there were no issues. My wife is a clean freak and Platinum closed off the work areas and cleaned up every single night after work. We had a lot of custom "fixes" that they took care of and the entire project turned out great. They were highly responsive to the touch ups and punch list items that you always find afterwards. They promptly came and took care of all of them. If you are looking for high quality work that comes in on time then call Platinum. You get what you pay for when it comes to construction and if you want it done right the first time its definitely worth the cost of the high quality work that Platinum performs.

We recently completed a large project at our house, and Vince and his team were nothing short of outstanding. There are so many areas in which his team excelled, but one that stands out to me is their communication...I always knew when someone would be at the house, what they would be doing, and approximately how long that part of the overall job would take. They also took efforts to not just get the job done, but to get it done right, and ensured that the results, at every step of the way, met Vince's high standards. The quality of their work is excellent. In short, they completely removed the stress from the type of activity (a large house project) that is oftentimes stressful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vince and his team to anyone looking for someone to trust with their next project...a 10 out of 10.
