Porchfront remodeled my kitchen and bath (completely gutted) in my 1900 cottage in Louisville. Also, refurbished the entire outside of the house. The whole team was cohesive and multi talented. Ben and Brett kept things on schedule and responded to questions with professionalism. The team at Porchfront does not have a lot of turnover, which is a sign of a company that is honest, fair and has good ethics for customer as well. Years later, they helped out with small issues that were above and beyond their responsibility. That's customer retention and referral material! a good family owned business with pride.

PorchFront Homes located in Niwot, Colorado recently remodeled my 1900's stucco cottage. They were an amazing team to work with. Ben is a committed project manager. Always checking in...went above and beyond in many ways. The quick and professional response from PFH was impressive. I wanted some custom work in areas and the home had many surprises so this project took 10 months and was slightly over budget. I am super pleased with the outcome and will definitely use them for future projects.

I approached Porchfront with a custom, new home design from a professional architect and they did a great job with construction. The initial budgeting process was open, transparent and fair. We used a very efficient online program for change orders as the building progressed. Mary Coonce was very helpful with picking out finishes, appliances, lighting etc. and worked well with a design consultant that I had selected. The Porchfront team also worked well with other outside contractors such as my landscape architect and pool construction team. Everyone at Prchfront was very helpful with solving the minor issues that typically occur during construction and shared my focus on quality.. I was very pleased with the finished product. After closing on the new house the process of resolving "punch list" issues was also done in a very efficient manner with attention to quality. The entire Porchfront team is very customer focused and very responsive to questions. The team's expertise level is impressive. I would recommend them with the highest recommendation possible.

Our Porchfront home is by far the best built home I have ever owned. The construction is very high in quality. Important to note working with Porchfront homes has been a pleasure. They made the stress of buying a new home minimal. If or when I relocate I will attempt to purchase a new Porchfront home before looking at any other builder.

We have worked with Porchfront Homes for over ten years on hundreds of projects. Their project managers are consistent, professional, and easy to work with. They have great organizational skills, scheduling is easy, and projects flow in a timely manner. We always look forward to working with Mary and her crew!

We purchased a Porchfront home and are extremely disappointed and not impressed. The structure of the home is extremely poor. The house displayed cracks in the walls less than a year after being built. The home has shifted so much to cause significant gaps between the walls and window sills. When contacted the builder does nothing. On top of the the workmanship is also less than average. There are multiple spots in the drywall where errors were covered up and not well as we can see them in many spots throughout the home. Definitely would not recommend.

They will consult with customers in all areas, work with their needs and wants, and follow up until the job is completed well. I have worked with them for awhile now, and I have appreciated their responsiveness to inquiries and adjustments as they come up. I would work with them again.
