When we started our journey to build our new home we looked at several builders in the area before we selected Porter Construction. Scott Porter differentiated himself from the others as he was honest, forthcoming, energetic, passionate about his work and cared about what my family wanted in a home. Scott worked with us from the design stage with the architect up until the day he delivered our home. During the process several things really impressed us about Scott and his team. First, Scott was on the build site almost every day and had a representative there 100% of the time making sure the work was done to Porter Constructions standards. Second, Scott stayed in constant contact with us to ensure the home was meeting our standards throughout the build. Third, he was flexible to changes we wanted to make and wasn't afraid to make recommendations to us during the process to enhance our home. Lastly, he delivered the project on budget and on time. We are very proud of our new home and from the comments we receive it is clear that Scott has built a masterpiece that will endure time. Scott Porter has completed two projects for us, which have had a huge impact on the comfort and design of our 1950's ranch home. He renovated the master bath in 2011, creating an elegant and functional bathroom and expanding the closet space. In 2013, we invited Scott back to renovate a second bathroom which has become a showpiece, as well as a very functional space for our teenage daughter. Both renovations include quality custom cabinetry, natural stone and marble, high end plumbing fixtures and beautiful lighting. Scott has both a great eye for design and the ability to help clients access beautiful materials at the best price. Scott was at the job site every day or readily available by phone to answer any concerns.
