We hired this company to build a custom home. They built the home but the process was incredibly unprofessional with the owner (Dan Demeria) throwing temper tantrums, hanging up phones and being generally impossible to deal with. He would routinely claim that something was impossible only for us to be told by his hired contractors that our requests were not problematic. Our punch list was left untouched for almost two years and we ultimately ended up removing him from the project to finish remaining items ourselves. The moral of the story - don’t build a custom home with this builder and certainly don’t rely on the builder to come back and fix mistakes.

PHH was great to work with and made the experience of building our home enjoyable.
