Our custom home building experience with Powell Builders was fantastic! On time and on budget with absolutely zero issues. They were super easy to work with from designing the floor plan, to picking all the finishes, and even making a few adjustments as we went along. The work was (is) high quality, unlike any other new construction home we’ve ever purchased — hands down the best! Finish work was to perfection. We love the kitchen design and especially the unique cabinet work. And our master bath suite came out amazing — exactly what we wanted. They shepherded us through the build process, took care of every detail, and spent an enormous amount of time helping us pick plumbing fixtures, flooring, tile, countertop surfaces, and backsplashes. They truly made the whole experience fun through every step of the journey. When we came out to Central Oregon for the annual tour of homes, we met many custom home builders in person, saw each builders work, and Powell Builders stood out among them all!

Working with Powell builders to construct our new home in Tumalo was easy and fun. From our initial meeting with Nate and Janey where we huddled into our 19 foot trailer parked on site to get out of the rain and discuss our ideas it was obvious to both my wife and I that they had our best interests in mind. Their guidance through the process was timely, on point and exuded the experience and confidence of a team that knew how to make it happen. That guidance was pivotal in keeping the project in line with our budget and timeline. Prior to contacting and selecting Powell builders we had met with and spoken to number of local builders regarding our interest in building a home. A couple of things that stood out that shouldn't be overlooked by those seeking a builder is Powell builders willingness and ability to expertly advise and coordinate the building plan and design portion of the process. The savings created by those internal services added significant value and saved dollars that translated directly to upgrades to forever home.
