Prairie Constructionion LLC owner and home builder Dan Rexroat has enjoyed a lifetime interest in the construction business, becoming a licensed general contractor in 1991. Preferring the small-town Kansas lifestyle, he has concentrated most of his activity in the communities of Rose Hill, Valley Center, Newton, Maize and Sedgwick, as well as numerous custom homes in the more rural areas of Sedgwick, Butler and Harvey counties. Dan is a member of the Wichita Area Builders Association and of the First Christian Church of Derby. He grew up in Rose Hill and attended all twelve years of school there. After high school he attended Wichita State University, earning a bachelors degree in Business Administration. Each of Dan’s homes include both the most time-tested and proven elements of construction, as well as the best of the modern features that he would want and expect in a home of his own.
