GREAT people to work with and a LOT of house for the money. Got everything we wanted in a house and delivered on time. VERY pleased with our decision to go with Pratt. Other houses out there. Smaller and more money. NOT nicer. Chris and the crew were Great to work with and they are great to follow up after the sale. GREAT COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS FROM CHRIS. LOVE ALL THE LITTLE QUALITY TOUCHES. Chris even took the time to give us a "New Home Orientation" to go through all the details of our home including the NO Questions asked warranty. The only downside was some jerk they called a sales manager. In the home office. DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING FROM HIM. TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH HIM ONCE while my wife was in the hospital never tried again. Would have cancelled the contract (for cash) if up to me. My wife picked out everything she wanted and we got a beautiful home in a GREAT neighborhood. Four stars only because of one jerk. Bill Panebianco.

My wife and I have been very impressed with Pratt’s work on our house, which we recently moved into. This is our first house and it could not have been any easier. Sharon was very helpful in the designing process and made it very enjoyable for my wife and I. Chris, the builder goes above and beyond for you every step of the way. He makes himself available for any inquiries you may have and is very easy to get a hold of. We have been in our house for two months now and have been very pleased with our purchase. I would recommend Pratt to any first time home buyers, who are currently looking for a great house.

I have had an excellent, positive and professional experience with Pratt Home Builders. I found them to be clear, concise, prompt and effective in all phases of the home building, purchase and post construction follow up. I continue to be especially impressed by their home warranty representative, Chad Gadberry. Chad has promptly and effectively responded to and rectified all issues regarding post construction. Chad is a true professional who responds to issues with integrity and detail. As an experienced home owner, no new home is perfect but post construction warranty response and correction should be. Pratt is lucky to have Chad.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience in purchasing our new home. From start to finish Charlene, Sharon, and Kevin were wonderful. Love our new home and the quality is the best.

Pratt has far exceeded my expectations. I purchased one of their townhomes and their professionalism is outstanding! Chris D was the project manager at the beginning of the build and was very knowledgeable. Lauren (design center) was very courteous and helpful when it came to picking out colors. My one year warranty review with Chad G couldn’t have been anything but fabulous! He was very attentive to my issues (which were few) and his timeliness to complete as well as his attention to detail were excellent! Bottom line...a very happy and satisfied customer! One cannot go wrong when choosing Pratt!!!

I was in a hurry to find a home and close quickly. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. However, my builder, John C., really made my experience awesome! He listened and kept his word. He went above and beyond; even making himself available after the close. I highly recommend - especially if John is your builder.

I am rarely motivated to written a review for anything but I am so pleased with the home building experience that we had with Pratt Home Builders that I feel compelled to do so now. I can not say enough about the high level of knowledge, skill and professionalism that we experienced with everyone associated with the project. We are delighted with the end product and look forward to many years in this home. Of course with a project this complex there were a few glitches but one of the best parts of the process was Pratt's great follow up and attention to details. I am so glad we chose Pratt Home Builders. This really feels like home now.

Of the four houses we have built over the years, this was the best experience we've had. Pratt not only builds a quality home, but their representatives treat you with respect, listen to your needs and care about your satisfaction.

Building Foreman was good until he had to quit because this was all driving him crazy. The next 3 that supervised the building of my condo were not very good. They were friendly, but were handicapped because the subcontractors kept quitting and most of them were incompetent and none spoke English. Nobody would adequately correct their many mistakes and the quality of the materials used was absolutely the cheapest that could be found anywhere. I would never again do any kind of Business with the Pratt Company. I was warned by several people of the quality of Pratt homes, but didn't take advice like I should have. Landscaping is substandard. My yard has 5 kinds of sod and was laid over bottles, rocks, and other debris. It is also full of holes and it is hazardous to walk across it. Our driveway was so poorly laid that it has cracked and crumbled all over. Part of it was patched and now it is cracking and crumbling. I am not happy at all with the quality of this neighborhood. It's very poor.
