My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“Finding a contractor you trust and one that does great quality work seems harder than it should be. Fortunately we were recommended to Erik and Ebcon by a woman who was helping us think through some work we needed done on our home that included lighting, painting, plumbing and creating a new "man cave" in our basement. From our first meeting we were impressed. We have now been working with Ebcon on several projects for the past 2 years and are thoroughly pleased with the work his team has delivered. Erik and his team put a very personal touch and a high degree of care in their work which included weekly face to face meetings to review work and progress and discuss the inevitable changes or unexpected issues that pop up as work begins. Ebcon has repeatedly met and in some cases exceeded our needs and the high touch high communication has been great at identifying issues quickly and collaboratively resolving them. Since my wife and I lead busy lives, Erik has always found a way to pick times even super early in the morning to come by and have our regular updates and discussions.
