I have had two projects completed by Michael Jerome, Property Rehab Solutions. The first was a bath and kitchen remodel completed in 2021. The second was a covered patio extension and landscaping completed in May, 2023. Michael and his crews were excellent in keeping things on schedule and completed professionally. Their quality of work was outstanding. If I need any more remodeling I will call Michael.

I have worked with Michael Jerome and Property Rehab Solutions for three different home remodeling projects over the course of the past three years. Michael has always been an exemplary professional, from beginning to end. He has always been prompt, reliable, transparent with costs, and he has done an outstanding job bringing my designs to life. He works with great subcontractors who have always left me pleased with the quality of their work. In a day and time where it is often difficult to get someone to even show up for an appointment, I can tell you Michael Jerome was never even a minute late for an appointment. In addition, he has been readily accessible throughout the process, always answering my questions or concerns along the way. He has always come in on time and on budget, so I could not provide a more enthusiastic referral for Michael Jerome and Property Rehab Solutions. I would definitely work with him again, if ever given the opportunity. In the meantime, I highly recommend you work him on any renovation project you have. We are very happy with our kitchen remodel by Property Rehab Solutions. Mike and everyone involved were very professional. The job was finished in a very timely manner in spite of issues with material delays and labor shortages going on during that time. Workmanship was excellent and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Michael came to us highly recommended from others in our neighborhood. From the beginning, we were happy with our experience. At any given time, I knew exactly where we on the schedule and budget, including which contractors to expect. Michael's project manager kept everything clean and also caught and corrected any errors in a timely fashion. Overall, our project turned out as we had envisioned it.

We had an updating of our 2 bathrooms (our house was built in 1974) by Property Rehab Solutions. Not only did Michael and the subcontractors complete the work expertly and professionally, but I especially appreciated his prompt, clear communication and his attention to detail. Our project was completed on time, even as adjustments of the schedule had to be coordinated. His was not our lowest bid but we definitely believe we got our money's worth and there were no surprise expenses.

Luv our new house!! Choosing Mike was a no brainer. We met with Mike, gave him our budget, floor plans and ideas and he did the rest! From design to finish product he was ON TIME, on budget, subs like working with him (this is huge to have happy subs), attention to detail was impeccable. Hard to find a custom builder, let alone one like Mike! If this wasn’t our forever home we wouldn’t hesitate to build with him again. You won’t regret this - just do it!

It was a real pleasure working with Michael and his team. I was remodeling my kitchen, moving and painting cabinets, new countertops and sink. Added new cabinets in the dining area. The project started on time and even though we had a few minor glitched we still ended on time. Michael's crew were all very professional and friendly. I feel that the cost of the project was very fair. I would definitely use Michael's services again.

Being new to Boise I carefully researched many contractors to build a 1050 sq ft garage/workshop in our one acre yard. Michael Jerome, owner of Property Rehab Solutions, became the obvious choice. Professionally his communication skills, in person, on the phone and on-line were outstanding. His attention to detail and follow up information to questions or concerns was always prompt. His knowledge of building codes, practices and requirements helped speed up the process. He continuously inspected the work each step of way and kept a very clean and tidy construction site throughout the entire project. Friends and neighbors often commented that they were surprised how quickly he could commit subs to the project. P R S finished right on schedule. After interviewing multiple contractors for a bonus room to master bedroom conversion, we selected Property Rehab Solutions (PRS) to perform the job. Michael Jerome, of PRS, provided us an honest and detailed estimate of our project in a timely manner. Probably the most deciding factor in our initial decision in selecting PRS was the prompt and courteous manner in which our phone calls to Mike were handled along with his pleasant personality . As the general contractor Mike was very hands on with the job, cutting out the middleman when he was able to in order help us keep our costs down. The sub-contractors used by Mike were top notch and also maintained good communication with us and Mike throughout the job. Bottom line is PRS did what they promised, did it on time, backed up their promise of quality work and constantly stayed in contact. I would highly recommend PRS for all your general contractor needs.

Highly recommend this company. Michael Jerome listened to our vision of what we wanted and helped guide us with his know how and experience. He holds himself extremely accountable to what he says he's going to do and makes it happen. He works with a set of highly skilled subs and followed up with them to make sure he and we were happy with the work. Really knowledgeable in all facets of the business. We would highly recommend this company. I'm sure we will employ him again when it's time for another project.

Mike was very professional from beginning to end. He was very respectful of my time and needs. Mike will give good, fair advice when asked and will make recommendations as needed but he is not pushy in any way. He will respect your vision for your project and he is a good communicator, and very patient. Mike and his contractors also took care of several things as a courtesy to me. My bathroom turned out great and I get lots of compliments. Highly recommended.

Extensive remodel of water damaged structure.... Michael Jerome and his company (PRS) took over for a contractor that was not meeting expectations and they did a fantastic job. The timeframe was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. Michael Jerome and his crew provided excellent services to upgrade our kitchen totally satisfying our expectations of quality workmanship, timely scheduling/completion and working within our budget. His team assisted us making recommendation and assisting with design and color choice decisions yielding a beautiful outcome. The changes made included; new quartz countertops, travertine backsplash, stained glass cabinet door modification, paint and new flooring with refurbished baseboard. We underwent a total remodel of our living room which consisted of a wall removal, support beam installation in the ceiling, resurfacing the ceilings and wals, moving HVAC lines as well as turning them into framed pillars, all necessary electrical work was also included. Very good work and ZERO price changes to the estimate I was promised, aside from extras we wanted. Thank you PRS

We used PRS to remove a load bearing wall in our living room. The final result is perfect and just as imagined!
