R2S Build

R2S did a several room remodel on our older home. They made an effort from the point of hire to work efficiently. We felt like our needs and desires were heard and respected. Throughout the project the contractor was available to answer and solve questions or concerns that we had. We have been very pleased with the end result.

We hired R2S Build to construct and install doors for our backyard storage shed. The work included paint, installation, and the replacement of a section of siding that was damaged after a collision with our lawnmower. Jordan and his team also completed a number of cosmetic projects in our home such as the replacement of water-damaged molding around our kitchen sink and master bathroom shower stall. Jordan offered a detailed estimate, and costs stayed within the projected budget. More importantly, Jordan and his crew worked quickly and efficiently during all phases of the project(s). I was also impressed by Jordan's post-project follow-up.....ensuring that my wife and I were completely satisfied with the quality of work. We would certainly look to R2S Build for future projects.

R2S does high quality work and delivers on their timeline. We had very specific requests (some would even say we are meticulous) around detail and the specific look we were trying to achieve. R2S worked very hard to make sure the end product was up to our standards. The project needed to be completed 2 weeks prior to the agreed upon timeline because we needed to move in sooner than planned. R2S was extremely flexible with the change as this would require they finish their work with a young family at the job site each day and worked hard to get the house move-in ready for us.

R2S helped us with the remodel if our old farm house. They were wonderful! The crew always showed up on time when they were scheduled to and often competed phases if the project sooner than expected. They were always respectful which is very important to me as a stay-at-homeom with young children in the house. I never felt uncomfortable having the crew there as they all carry themselves in a respectful and professional manner. We are very happy with the quality and timeliness of the work they did.

Remodel of living room, bedrooms, and baths. Hardwoods were refinished, and molding, closets, doors, and parts of the bathrooms were all updated. House looked beautiful and was completed on time within budget. R2S was easy to work with, knowledgable, and professional.

R2S recently did some repairs to one of my rental homes after I had a leak in my roof. They responded quickly, were professional and did a great job to restore the house to its original form. Additionally, I had a chance to tour one of the R2S new construction homes during last year's Tour of Homes and was very impressed with the craftsmanship, design creativity and overall functionality. I would recommend their remodel services or new home construction to friends and family.

R2S Build constructed a detached guest house/office for us. The project was mostly from scratch, including plumbing, electricity, etc. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! Jordan and his team were professional, knowledgable, and flexible throughout the process. They also stayed within the proposed budget, with the exception of some upgrades we requested mid-way through. I would definitely recommend R2S Build, and we will use them again as well!

R2S Build managed two projects for us: a new fence and a remodel of a window wall to a glass garage door which opened the use of our space in a fabulous way. We couldn't ask for a better team to work with. They were easy, had great vision and finished the job well and in a timely fashion. We would definitely use them again!
