We had purchased the lot and were looking for a builder in 2022. We talked with a couple of other builders, looked at some specs and plans, then went to Radd. When we walked into the model, it was apparent that the plan was very well thought out, checked off the boxes and had no wasted space. I really did not change much --extended the lanai, changed a doorway, deleted a window. We were pleased that the base price was very reasonable, and I knew that with the few upgrades I wanted to make, we would come in at an acceptable price point. Radd did not disappoint. They were responsive to any questions and concerns and worked hard to deliver the home that we were anticipating. The construction is sound and there is attention to detail not seen elsewhere in a mid-range home. We were impressed with the finish carpentry and cabinets. Radd has long term relationships with their sub-contractors. Issues that needed correction were taken care of after the closing. We love our home and would recommend Radd Builders to anyone looking for a home builder.

I built my second home with Radd Builders this year - my wife and I built with them in 2013 but after finding some beautiful property decided to build again. We enjoyed working with the design team to perfect our custom plan to fit our needs and ultimately build our dream home! The in-house designer really helped to capture our vision and they both used Houzz to find inspiration. We absolutely love our Radd home and know we will be enjoying it for many years to come!

We recently moved into our new custom home, which was built by Radd Builders. This is the second home that Radd has built for us and we were equally as impressed this time! My husband and I both sell real estate for a living and we see firsthand the importance of quality construction. The team at Radd Builders does a fantastic job building a great home at an affordable price. The first time we built with Radd, we chose one of their floor plans, the Jamaican II, and made a few minor changes to fit our needs. They made the process incredibly easy and their floor plan was extremely functional. After purchasing a unique piece of property, with views and features that we really wanted to incorporate, we decided to build one more time. This time we decided to build a truly custom home and once again we were thrilled with the outcome. The team did a great job listening and prioritizing our needs and wants, then built exactly what we were looking to build, while staying in our budget. A custom home build is not an easy task to perform with many horror stories of builders who do not know what they are doing. We have now occupied the house for 5 months, all systems are working as designed and we love our home. Radd Builders does the job right and we are extremely appreciative. John & Lesley Grygiel

We were treated with respect from start to finish. The whole process was explained fully from the beginning. If there were changes to be made midway, we were involved, and made fully aware of our choices. We are very happy with (what they refer to as) base model items ie. cabinets, drawers etc that were included. The builder allowed our custom modifications, and gave us several additional ideas which we appreciate now! We opted for ICF foam in the walls for added R value and sound proofing. Also we have open cel attic insulation. In our 4bed/3bath, our electric bill hardly ever exceeds $150 a month! Most months, barely $100. We would strongly recommend Radd Builders to potential home buyers!

Radd recently completed a custom designed home for us with many unique features. The entire process was nearly flawless. From start to finish, their attention to detail was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the Tampa Bay Area.
