Designing and building a home, comes with so many challenges both from a personal and business standpoint. It requires a team that trusts and communicates with each other to work towards achieving a common goal… of making a dream home come true. Cody and Radiant homes has gone above and beyond in so many ways to make our home come to life. Regardless of the challenge they will work to make things right. Cody has become a friend and trusted partner, which ultimately will last throughout the life of our home.

Cody does amazing work. He is very active with his clients as well as his teams to ensure expectations are met. He is very easy to work with and recommend him for any type of remodeling job-big or small.

As an interior designer, I value working with general contractors that are invested in the projects and care about the quality of the work done. This has been my experience with Cody and Radiant Homes. He has shown himself to be team player and takes an active role in problem solving issues as they come up. I would recommend Cody as a contractor to anyone looking to do anything from remodel their existing home or build entirely one.

I have known and worked with Cody for close to a decade. He has built numerous projects for myself and other clients. He has a keen sense of detail and shows pride in his work. With his long career and education he has always been able to solve complex issues that arise on the job site with ease. Cody has been great to work with!

Radiant Homes did a very nice job executing my design by Hillhouse Architecture for renovation and expansion of my 1906 duplex. This was during a time where Denver County permitting was an extreme challenge (post-COVID) and materials/labor were also more challenging than typical. I appreciated the software used to give progress photos, status, invoicing and detailed subcontractor invoices. This made for transparency and efficiency, and kept me up to date while I was living someplace else during the construction. Also communication about price fluctuations during this time were appreciated so I could make informed decisions. Follow up after the construction with items that needed some tweaking or were not working 100% correctly was swift and courteous, and connecting me with some of the subcontractors who were willing to come at my convenience was nice. Continued follow up even beyond the first year after completion is greatly appreciated on small items that arose.

I am on my 7th project as Developer with Cody/Radiant as GC. I appreciate the iterative process by which Cody improves his service; he is learning an adapting and actively looking for areas of improvement. Construction is such a liquid process - everything is changing all the time. The ability to adapt and execute through unexpected situations keeps the project on track.
