Our kitchen/living remodeling project couldn’t have been put in better hands. Randy is everything you look for but never think you’ll find in a contractor: honest, trustworthy, attention to detail, and has great communication with his clients - just to name a few! His team has all of the same qualities and most have worked with him for years. He has high standards from how the clients are treated to how the job site is cleaned up at the end of a workday. Randy and his team were an absolute joy to work with and we won’t use anyone else. Highly recommend!

Randy and his team are hands down the best in our area. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is unsurpassed. Randy kept a close eye on every phase of the project and worked closely with us to ensure that everything was completed to absolute perfection. Unlike many contractors, Randy is extremely trustworthy and dedicated. He managed our project flawlessly and was on the job site daily. He has a tremendous amount of experience and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. The whole experience far exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to use Randy again. In fact, there is no one else in our area that we would use except Randy.

Randy Broadway finished our house in Fairhope in April, 2017. Our experience with him and his team was truly a pleasant and wonderful one. Randy is a perfectionist with his building. He would find and correct things before we had even noticed them. The quality of his team's work is superb: they are true craftsmen. When issues arise, Randy is prompt at responding, and working on the problem until it is resolved. (and always pleasant about it) Communication is very important to me, and Randy certainly gets an A+ in that arena. I cannot say enough positive things about Randy and his men. We LOVE our new home. I would definitely use Randy again if I ever build a new house.

Randy, his team and subs are all top notch. I would say he built our dream home, but to be honest I never dreamed of a home this beautiful. The craftsmanship is truly that of an artist. His integrity is unquestionable. He exceeded our expectations while staying on schedule and within budget. Given the need or opportunity in the future, Randy is my builder.

Randy and his team have been our builders of choice for over 20 years. He is a third generation builder and has the knowledge and expertise to solve any construction issues! We can recommend him and his team as among the best there is anywhere ! Our latest project is in the final stages .. It was removing Termite damage and restoring our home ... It is being done with the care we have come to expect from him... Also without much cleanup throughout the rest of the house!

Randy built us an upscale lodge in a fairly remote location of Mississippi. From day one, he and his employees and subs were first class. They never took a shortcut and never failed to address any questions or concerns we had over the year + time frame it took to build. AND, although that was well over 1 1/2 years ago, he has continued to check in with us to be sure all is well and to address a few very minor items we asked him take a look at. He's the best General Contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I'd definitely use him for any future building needs.

From start to finish, Randy and his excellent crew were easy to work with and built a more than quality home.. they accommodated us in all the "not so usual" concepts we had for the house. He finished in time frame we discussed. I have no reservation in recommending him and have done so. The compliments on our home continue to come in and we have been in our home almost 2 years.
