It is refreshing to find builders that are willing to build homes the way they were designed and also provide us with feedback on what their customers are looking for in new designs. My husband & i have been working with Bud Ray & his project manager, Zach for a few months. We are nearing completion of the drawing, compiling information, changing drawings, bidding upgrades, and forever making wanted changes to our house plans! During the last few months, they have been extremely patient with us, always guiding us, and helping us weigh pros & cons of our decisions, & answering multiple questions. As a designer, I work with many other talented professionals and tradesmen...but it isn't often that one finds work of this quality paired with excellent communication within the client/designer/builder circle. Bud and Zach have always kept me abreast of everything and were very conscientious of my schedule. My imput has always been valued and they have been respectful of my vision. They are 'team players' working purely for the client's benefit, and together we have created some beautiful homes. I cannot say enough about this firm - excellent work, regularly ahead of the construction schedule and an immaculate job site!

They are EXTREMELEY fun to work with and always deliever the highest quality product. All of their clients that I have worked with at The Tile Shop have had nothing but Excellent things to say about them. You will never be disapointed when you choose to build with Ray Southeastern Design. Their main focus are their customers and, they continually go above and beyond to do more than satisfy them. Un-like some of the other, 'less pleasant' homebuilders I have delt with in the past, these guys are realy a breathe of fresh air and, an absolute pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with.
