RC Homes LLC

Part 1 of 2. This is review number one of this company as our home is not yet done. We just moved to the Seattle area and spent a couple of years looking to buy a home. We finally found a place but it needed a lot of work. We didn't know any contractors in town but a friend introduced us to an architect that had high praise for RC Homes. We did our homework on a few of the homes they had built and they got good marks. We had a number of meetings and Brett and Jermey knew what our budget was and tried to give us the very best we could hope for at a reasonable cost. But still , being new to town we didn't know what to expect. We met with a few other local contractors but just didn't get the right feeling of honesty that we felt from Jeremey and Brett. As we got to know them we also learned they were great Family men too. So we hired them for our Kirkland home and began our project which was pretty close to a full remodel and addition. RC Homes has their own crew for most things and they are highly skilled at what they do , which to me is one of the big differences ( shout out to Mike , Griff and Mason and the rest of the guys ! Smart , hardworking and helpful and full of ideas !!). We have remodeled two other homes in California and know what good work is. So far, they have been honest and fair and have done quality work. We have almost completed the exterior remodel and the interior finishing work is just starting. So Part 1 of the story is very good. If you want a hardworking crew that is honest , smart and fair, look no further. At this point , we plan to continue to work with RC Homes on any future project we have. You should too. I will post Part 2 once the interior finishing is done.
