We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Reed Brothers! This was our first fully custom home and we learned so much from this experience. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were amazing! They were always one step ahead and kept us informed every step of the way. Todd did a fantastic job with our floor plan to maximize our view of Lake Lanier while still providing beautiful curb appeal. Ron was responsive to any questions or concerns about our construction process and very considerate to my (many!) requests. John was our go-to man while on site and we always felt he had full control of all situations during our build. They have a great lineup of sub-contractors that show true loyalty to their projects. We love our new home and we are extremely grateful for their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Reed Brothers to anyone looking to build their dream home.

I am so happy we chose to work with the Reed Brothers. We have been in our new home for a few months now so can really appreciate all the details and careful craftsmanship that went into the process. Todd worked patiently with us to design our home on a challenging lake lot. And Ron took the design and executed every detail. I really appreciated their expertise and guidance throughout the process-big and small details: from placement of windows for maximum views, custom built ins to maximize space, unique swinging doors, layout and even just placement of light switches. Their contractors were all top notch professionals with the same level of care and eye for detail. I would highly recommend the Reed Brothers!

Wonderful folks to work with—honest, thoughtful and thorough. Todd, Ron, and John Michael were all very professional and helpful. Todd’s design was thoughtful and just right for me. Everyone has been very available when I have had questions and clear about costs and budget. I felt very good building with Reed Brothers, and there were no unpleasant surprises. We had a few hiccups because of building during COVID and some shortages, but it all worked out for the best. If there was a problem, it was addressed. In fact, Reed Brothers completed my home project two months ahead of time! I am so happy with my home! It is beautiful and well made! I would definitely recommend this team. They stand by their work.

From beginning to end and even after the job is finished, Todd and Ron are professional and extremely qualified. They made the building process stress-free! Todd is an excellent designer, and Ron is diligent and great to work with on the job site. This is the 3rd home we have built, and the experience was by far superior to previous projects. We spent three years looking for the right builder. Thank goodness we were introduced to Todd and Ron, the Reed Brothers! When I reached out to several references, it was clear to us that we made the right decision to have them build our new home. From the beginning we were impressed with the process and method the Reed Brothers used to guide us through the building of our home. We worked with Todd to design the home and picked out most every aspect of the home prior to signing a contract. This allowed us to know exactly what the home would cost. This prevented us from having any surprises during the process. When the building started we worked with Ron. Ron was amazing! We always had an open line of communication. He is an exceptional builder and well organized. He knows this business and we were confident our home would be well built. In the end, we were on time and only 1% over budget! We loved working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home!

Reed Brothers are exceptional designers and builders! We are so very pleased with the entire process! We actually were living out of state the entire time we built our home. Todd and Ron made the entire process such an easy and stress free experience! There were no unexpected surprises with regard to pricing. I was given plenty of notice as to decisions that needed to be made. We love our new Reed Brothers home! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a designer and builder. Todd and Ron designed and built our dreamhouse overlooking lake Lanier last year. Overall it was a very good experience. Excellent quality and finished slightly ahead of schedule. Everything was planned and costed out before any construction began so there were no surprises or cost overruns. They have a well deserved reputation for being the best for upscale custom homes in this area.
