Richard and his Team did an outstanding job! I wish I can give him 10 stars. I’m not one that writes reviews but he really deserves it. When my husband and I started this project looking for a general contractor we did six interviews and honestly it was nightmare I thought we weren’t going to find a contractor who we can trust. We met Richard went over the blueprints with us very knowledgeable said he will come back with a price. Literally 4 days came back with a price and that price was the price at the end. He never change price he stuck to what he quoted us. Which is huge I hear horror stories but honestly Richard is straight forward kept us in the loop with the city permits. Which he passed every time we had no issues he really does great work. We had No delays even during a pandemic. Which he also did what was applied by the CDC. His crews had mask met all the safety requirements to keep our project moving along. Which I’m very thankful for because I was worried they might take longer. He even impressed the inspectors. When does that happen lol Richard did addition two bathrooms, redid the roof line, adding sidling to our home, flipped the garage door to face the front, install beautiful windows, trifold, courtyard, upstairs patio,and exterior doors and interior doors, he really made our home look like a new build. I will put a before and after picture so you can see what amazing job he did. I would definitely recommend Richard. He is honest, takes pride in his work, he listens to his customers, and he keeps you informed let’s you know what his plans are the next following week. . Honestly going through a remodel was not bad at all when you know you have Richard as a contractor. Thank you Richard for everything we love our Home. Before it was a 70’s now it’s updated to 2020. Thank you!!!

We hired Rick for a complete kitchen remodel, and were so happy with the results that we hired him again when it was time to overhaul our master bath. Rick is a true pro: detail-oriented and conscientious. In addition to his excellent carpentry skills, Rick has a great design sensibility. His bids were accurate, work was completed on time and according to our specifications, and he was always pleasant to have around. Highly recommended.

We used Richard to remodel our kitchen and he did such a wonderful job that we hired him again a year or so later to remodel our master bathroom. He is professional and the projects were completed in the time frame he estimated and on budget! He took the time to get to know our style and gave us a few choices on finishes and was always helpful. He would show up when we expected him, and not when we weren't, and if something went awry during the project he took care of it immediately. I can not say enough and I intend to hire him for our next big project.

Richard did several projects at 3 different residences for my family over a 6 year period. He remodeled a 1920s kitchen and brought it into the 21st century. He remodeled a 1940s bathroom and made it into a spa. And he did a 1200 sq foot cottage facelift, that had not been touched in over 60 years, keeping the original feel to it intact but making it a bright and sunlit getaway. Richard really listens to what You envision and also has great ideas to bring to the projects. He brought the projects to completion in a timely way and was a clear communicator every step of the way. His subcontractors were all very good too. I was very happy with the results of Richard's work.
