This builder never stand behind the house they builder. The house they built are full of issues (crack foundation, crack windows, wrong layout of garage floor etc. The worst of the worst is that their customer service never try to fix these problems and what they did just convince you to give up all the fixes or provide very sloppy fixes. If you could, stay away from this builder.

I purchased a new Richcraft home and had water leaking in from the window. I contacted Richcraft and I was near the end of my warranty and they said they would send someone out to fix the issues. Because it was work to be Completed on the outside of the house they said I didn’t need to be there. The next day I looked and couldn’t see what was done to fix the issue? I contacted Richcraft and asked what the contractor did to resolve the issue and they couldn’t tell me?? I am a journeyman myself and when I complete work I always do a detailed report and for some reason this company didn’t? It leaked again after my warranty was up and they won’t fix it now because they said the work was completed even though they don’t know what was done and can’t prove any work was actually done. I would highly not recommend purchasing your house from this company as it will not be your dream home but a constant problem with poor customer service to leave you frustrated and having to call another company to fix the issue

Excellent help from Ashley in the design centre. She provided great designing ideas and advice. She was very patient and insightful when it came to making decisions. I'm very happy with the final product.

We have decided to build our first home with richcraft after doing some research, we found they are reliable and professional. They are building a block of new townhomes and single family homes in the Ottawa area and are providing all the construction workers and service. We have had a lot of help from the sales rep, design centre and other associates. We are excited for the construction of our new home this spring.

Richcraft homes are beautiful, have great locations and serviced by highly qualified professionals They were trendy and had several design options to choose from. The bathrooms were of disappointing sizes.
