We have been in our new home for a month. It’s a beautiful home, we love the floor plan. The sales experience was great. Rica was our sales agent and she was always very pleasant and accessible. We love the community. It’s very beautiful with a lot of amenities. I do think that an HOA orientation would be great for new homeowners. Overall, the experience was great and we love our home. The only thing that we had a negative experience with was dealing with Tyler at the lending company. He was not very responsive and thank God he had a great assistant Elizabeth Foster. We were dealing with another lender prior to looking at the new house and would highly recommend that Richmond look at other options for lenders for better customer service or just give Elizabeth Tyler‘s job she was very responsive and kept us informed after we complained about Tyler. If you’re thinking about buying a new home, these are beautiful homes.

Great experience with Richmond! Tyler was always available when we had questions , made us feel like we were his only client. Brandon made sure the house was beautiful when we moved in, and even went to bat for us on an issue we weren’t he could accommodate- but he did!!! Would definitely recommend Richmond, we love our new home!

Buying a Richmond Home has been one massive bait & switch nightmare! 4 1/2 weeks in and I have no working A/C nor dishwasher- smoke/CO alarms went off around the clock for the first 8 days and nights! I firmly recommend that no person ever purchase any dwelling from this company. They say they care but the fact that there has been little to almost no action to resolve any of the problems in my townhome is the actual proof. ONE BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I’m had the greatest experience buying a new home from Richmond America Homes in Roseville,Ca. Sales associates Lori Dedriksen’s and Katrina Alfazi were great to work with. Loan Officer Chris was very helpful throughout the process. Whole team at Richmond America Homes made buying home enjoyable and delightful.

I had the best experience with my first time purchasing a home here in Las Vegas Nevada everything was explained thoroughly and I was absolutely surprised at how easy the process was from start to finish my agent. Alicia Prescott lariviere was amazing and the Richmond agent Stacey Bledsoe was awesome. super grateful for my experience and I love my new home. There would be nothing I would change.so ☺️ grateful!!!thank you

I truly enjoyed my experience as a first-time homebuyer. The process was much less stressful than I had expected. When I toured the sample homes, I could hardly believe I would qualify for such a beautiful house. Now that it’s ours, I’m beyond grateful, we made the perfect choice. This home is everything I ever prayed for.

Overall a very positive experience. (We purchased a move-in ready home.) From sales through closing. Home meets are needs and very comfortable to live here. Issues post closing have been few and minor.

I closed on June 27, 2024, and not only were most items from the "blue tape" walkthrough not addressed, but I still do not have a back door that opens, the garage pools water every time it rains because it is not graded to code, insulation was raining out of the bathroom vent for a while, the pipes were not sealed correctly and the dripping pipe in the utility room wasn't even angled down the drain, the microwave still doesn't work, part of the sidewalk sank one day, the driveway is cracked and has a big pile of stucco dried on it to match the dried stucco bits on the porch, the outside outlet doesn't work, the sprinkler isn't hooked up correctly so it leaks and 3 plants died immediately, they just left exposed concrete in the yard at closing, there are nails still sticking out of the transition that was not replaced, etc. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but at almost 3 months later, it is pretty clear they just do not care at all and have no plans to actually fix anything. Seeming as how they didn't even bother cleaning the house before closing and left lots of construction materials and weird red gluey dots everywhere, it shouldn't surprise me. They couldn't even be bothered to eye-level a lot of things, much less pretend to care enough to do a decent job.
