    “I have a 60's ranch house with a small master closet. The job was a tough one because of the building materials used. Instead of trying to take down and then replicate the plaster of the old closet. Kevin Bruggard (the contractor) came up with the idea to build a "room" around the old closet. The old opening is there with 3 hanging bars. The new room has deep and long shelving on each side reaching the ceiling. New 6' sliding doors were added with molding to match the rest of the room. Instead of presenting the most expensive idea; Kevin put together a modest and creative approach that solved my storage needs and then some! Very professional, all work was on time and as expected. I would recommend Blue Ridge and Kevin in particular. Great personality and very customer oriented.”

    “River City built our dream home. They were willing to customize anything we wanted. We began with one of their plans and then moved walls, changed doorways, added a sunroom, etc. Not only were they professional, they were fun to work with. How many people can say that building a house was fun? We’ve been in the house for 9 months now. We will do another walk through soon, so any small items can be corrected, but I know that if something were to arise, River City will correct the issue. They also work with quality vendors for cabinets, flooring, stone, tile, lighting, appliances, etc. Our home was finished on time. I highly recommend River City.”

    “Wow, what a fantastic experience with Balducci Builders and their entire staff during the renovation of our home in conjunction with filming the show, Fix It and Finish. From start to finish, we greatly appreciate the staff’s professional approach, hard work, and attention to details to make our home a much better place to live while increasing our property’s value. It was an amazing feat to see their staff complete the renovations of our playroom (daughter’s new bedroom) and bedroom (new home office) ALL in one day. Balducci Builders demonstrated their talent and expertise during the demolition stage and by providing top notch painting, electrical, flooring, and carpentry (love the stage) services. The company even contracted a cleaning service, Chem-Dry of Henrico, to clean our home after the completion of the job. Our family enjoyed meeting the owners of Balducci Builders and staff on site during the renovation process, and we highly recommend Balducci Builders for building or renovating your home. We will never forget our experience with Balducci Builders and will enjoy our new rooms for years to come!”
