Richard L Hoelting Jr. is a third generation custom home builder. He grew up on jobsites and learned early on the importance of each stage in the home building process. At an early age, he began working for his father’s construction company after school and during summers. After graduating from Pittsburg State University in 1995 with a Degree in Construction Management, he worked full time with a local commercial construction company building office buildings and banks. In 2000, Richard decided to change his focus to residential home building and once again began working for his father as a superintendent. In 2005, Richard ventured out and started RL Hoelting LLC with his focus to building quality custom homes with a keen attention paid to the buyer’s individual needs. He pays close attention to detail and strives to deliver exceptional craftsmanship from start to finish. Richard is his own superintendent. This ensures that his buyers will receive the personal attention that each new home buyer deserves. Every house is built with integrity and individual care to become the home that you will treasure. Many of Richard’s homes are by referrals, a tribute to his determined pursuit of quality homes and personable service. He has been met with superior praise and confidence by his buyers. Rick Hoelting was fantastic! He has great attention to detail. He uses really good subcontractors. Rick was very helpful in making the house "ours" vs. just what the plans showed. He was always quick to respond to any questions, even after the house was finished. We were incredibly happy with the entire build process. I would highly recommend him for building your new home.

Rick, is an excellent home builder and most of all I feel like he cared about what we wanted and not what was just easiest and cheapest for him. He even gave us money back when something came in under budget. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Rick Hoelting built a wonderful new Reverse Story and half home for us, which we love. Rick was very easy to work with on this project. He is open to ideas and listens when you talk with him. Rick responds quickly to questions and follows through on what he says he will do. I have built several new homes in the past and Rick is easily the best builder that I worked with.

Commented: GraniteMy decor sheet show that the granite was White Giallo Ornamental. Sorry i do not have any more pictures of this home and it has since sold and is occupied.

Commented: Can you give me more information on the cabinets?They are custom built birch cabinets with a custom stain that the home owners customized themselves with my painter. Not sure if that answers your question.
