Design and construction of single family homes at the shore. I knew from a young age that I wanted to design and build. In my teens I was already looking at the world through the eyes of an architect. After all, had been on my father’s construction job sites since I was six. My father Pinchus Kiejdan was a builder who knew how to get the job done. I watched with fascination, stockpiling that knowledge for when he’d need it later. From my father, I got the love of building. He showed me how to make it happen. I watched him do a lot of problem solving to bring in projects on time and within budget. Since the family business was construction, it was only natural for me to work there as I pursued his degree in architecture from Temple University. I was out in the field a lot, doing residential and construction work. I was talking to some clients who were saying that they couldn’t find anyone to build their homes within a certain budget. So I said, I’d do it. Today, I am is known for creating homes that are as distinct as his clientele. All of my homes are different because they’re a reflection of the client’s personality. I’m often accused of finding the view that no one else sees, views are important to me, both external and internal. I bring my distinct artistic touch to every home. My clients trust me. I’ll sometimes tell them, I made a change, but you’ll love it. And they do.
